Use for Immediate and Easy to Use Warm or Cold Therapy Pain Relief

 Warm Application

1. Fill the bottle with two-thirds of warm water only. Do not use boiling water.
2. Let out excess air before closing the bag with the stopper.
3. Thread stopper into the bottle. Make sure that it is fastened properly. Do not over tighten.
4. Test for any leakages by turning water bottle upside down and pressing firmly.
5. Do not place bag directly against skin if warm. Apply a soft cloth or towel to the bag to prevent burns.

 Cold Application

1. Fill the bottle with cold water and crushed ice.
2. Let out excess air before closing the bag with the stopper.
3. Thread stopper into the bottle. Make sure that it is fastened properly. Do not over tighten.
4. Test for any leakages by turning water bottle upside down and pressing firmly.

 General Instructions

1. Do not microwave bag, put in oven or place on stove top to heat the bag.
2. Do not use water hotter than 120^o F /49^o C in this bottle.
3. Check the bottle and stopper for wear and damage prior to use. Carefully examine bag before each use. If it appears damaged , do not use.
4. Keep out of children as parts may pose as a choking hazard if put in a child’s mouth.
5. Do not place anything on top of the bottle during storage.
6. Made with Natural Rubber Latex.
